LG OLED now at Best Buy! Perfect Family Gift #HintingSeason #OLEDatBestBuy

I have been compensated in the form of a Best Buy Gift Card and/or received the product/service at a reduced price or for free.

I can't believe there's only 45 more days until Christmas. I haven't started my Holiday shopping yet but I should. I hate shopping last minute.

I have a few tech lovers on my list this year, including my kids and husband. When shopping for the best new technology there's only one place I go to, Best Buy. You can find the best cameras, video games, appliances, and TVs. And speaking of TV's check out the LG’s  new technology, the LG OLED TV, featuring picture quality including  Infinite contrast ratio and stunning color that delivers a greater sense of realism and depth. It has enhanced color range and accuracy, super thin design and the intuitive webOS™Smart TV interface that lets you find content faster.

This TV sounds amazing! It's only 0.21" thick at its thinnest point. We have been wanting a new TV for a while. If there was ever a reason to catch up on all the Netflix videos I missed, this is it! Also my husband would love this. It would give him reason to invite friends over for ultimate fighting pay per views and online gaming on his xbox.

What is OLED TV?

The stunning design of LG OLED TV is only 0.21" thick at its thinnest point. Picture quality is spectacular, with Infinite Contrast that ranges from the most blazing whites to the deepest blacks. And, LG's exclusive 4 Color Pixel technology delivers bright, vibrant colors.

Your first kiss. A baby's first steps. The majesty of a desert sunset. Some things in life defy all explanation and must be experienced to be believed. Such is the case with LG's latest display technology. With deeper and richer colors, stunning contrast and ingeniously curved screens, it is unlike any technology you've ever seen, and it delivers a picture that exceeds your wildest imagination.

 LG 55EC9300 SKU# 7846019 – OLED TV

Amazon Prime Instant Video: Introduce your preschoolers to the wonderful world of art with Creative Galaxy!

Creative Galaxy is a make-along, create-along, interactive art adventure series for preschoolers. Produced by Out of the Blue Enterprises and created by Angela Santomero ( Blue's Clues, Super Why!), it follows boy alien Arty and his companion, Epiphany as they travel the galaxy, solving problems they come across using art.

As an artist myself, I am elated that there is a show focused on arts and craft for preschooler and above. I have always believed that art and creative thinking in general nurtures values such as resourcefulness and problem solving skills, not to mention learning sizes, shapes and colors, which are crucial to children's development.

The show normally starts off with Arty and Epiphany encountering a problem with their every day activities. After deciding that they can solve the problem and "fix it with art", they blast off in their rocket ship in pursuit of answers in the creative galaxy. Along the way they encounter household and common materials (such as candles and ribbons), which Arty put's away in his "idea box" that he uses in his art and craft projects down the road. Arty and Epiphany visits different art and craft "planets" where he proceeds to make his art projects, (for example, making paper mache with Captain Paper in Paper planet), which he then uses to help solve the problem and save the day.

Afterwards, (and my favorite part), a live-action piece is shown at the end of each animated episode that shows you, step by step, how to simulate the projects that Arty and Epiphany made in the show. I like the part that materials required for the projects are easy to get and aside from items that can be easily acquired by a quick trip to an art and crafts store, most of them are common household items, which also teaches kids the value of recycling materials and looking at everyday items differently and from an artistic standpoint. Just make sure you have some paper towels and maybe an apron nearby, as messes are part of the fun!

All of my three girls love to watch the show, and this is what they think of it:
" I love the show because I like to create stuff."  - Olivia, 7 years old
" I like doing art so I really love the show!" - Emma, 5 years old
" I like the alien!" - Sophia, 3 years old

Creative Galaxy is a wonderful show that encourages children's creativity, resourcefulness and problem solving abilities. Teaching young artist's shapes and colors while the show's live action pieces will get your kids inspired to make their own little art and crafts projects.

Inspired by the show, we made our very own project: paper mache goodie bags that we're going to use for trick or treating this coming Halloween. Check out the pictures below:

Save Money with PromotionCode.org

I do most of my shopping online. In fact, I don't remember when was the last time I shopped at the mall. Since I have three kids, shopping online is just so much easier than bringing them with me. I can shop while they are taking a nap or at night when they are sleeping. I can shop and browse tons of stores without leaving the house.

I am also saving more when I'm shopping online because before I order anything I make sure I have a promotional code for percent off and free shipping. I hardly buy anything full price or pay for shipping. If you just look around online you can definitely find a promo code that can save you a lot of money.

There are a lot of sites out there that give you promotional codes and recently I came across a new one called PromotionCode.org. I really like this site compare to others. It seems very user friendly and very easy to navigate. It has hundreds of stores listed and if you can't find the store you can add it. I was able to search for the store I wanted and got the code right away. I love that other users can submit new codes to share to other users. Users can also report if the code is working or not to make sure all codes listed are current. This saves me a lot of time from trying if the code is working or not.

Since I don't like to pay shipping, I love that PromotionCode.org have a list of stores that has codes for free shipping. You can also sign up for daily or weekly e-mail updates for new promo codes. If you have a favorite store you can sign up to get an email each time a new promo code is added for that store so you will never miss any good deals! I have already signed up for Gap, Old Navy and Target.

Thanks to promotioncode.org I save 30% off my purchase at Land's End today and got free shipping. I bought my daughter two jackets and only paid $31.48!!

Hair at Home

Guest post written by my buddy Royce Heath

Hair has always been a big part of my life and when I hit an age where I could afford to do it full time that’s exactly what I did. I started out small and mostly made house calls but when I saved up enough money I decided to turn my guest room into a salon – don’t tell the IRS! I have the room set up just like a real salon with a hair chair and a wall full of mirrors and all my most loyal clients just love it. They make appointments for all hours of the day and it’s totally fine because I’m at home and there’s no big deal if I work late! Anyway, I didn’t change a lot other than that one room…I mean, I went to SecurityChoice.com/ to get an alarm and I made sure the doorbell was a lot louder than it was before. I also got a big crate for the dog since some of my clients don’t love him all up on their laps!

Meet Sophia

Finally last week I gave birth to my baby girl Sophia. I can't believe I now have three daughters. One of the best thing about having three girls is shopping for girls clothes, especially dresses. Emma and Olivia always want to wear dresses even when they are at home. So I can never have enough dresses for them. I always look for clothes that are affordable and well made. And of course they have to be cute! It has to be good quality and that would last so it can be passed on once Olivia outgrows it.

I usually do my shopping online. It is so much easier and convenient. I don't have to worry about my kids running around the store or a baby crying.

I recently came across Tea Collections and fell in love with their girl's dresses. They are cute and unique. Olivia and Emma will definitely love their dresses. Their prices are not so bad either. They are affordable. I haven't exactly shopped or owned their clothing but I heard great reviews about them. They are definitely worth checking out. They offer free shipping on orders over $150 or $7 on everything else.

Oh how I wish we have a wooden swing set...

The weather has been really nice lately. My kids have been asking to go to the park almost everyday but I can't always take them by myself. I really wish we have a huge backyard to put a wood swing sets for my kids to enjoy. Unfortunately, our backyard is tiny...if I can even call it a backyard. I can't even have them go outside and run around.

So for now we just have to take them to the park if they want to play in the playground. I don't mind....The park is always been my kids favorite place to go. They can have fun for hours and the best part it's FREE! It's a lot better than staying home and watching TV all day.

But of course it would be really nice to have our own swing set in our backyard. It's definitely convenient. I guess we just have to wait until we buy our own home....

This pictures was taken last year...

Watch a video and take a survey for a chance to win a $1000 gift card!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of BabyDiaperSurvey.com. All opinions are 100% mine.

Both Emma and Libby was born C-Section due to complications. As much as I would love to have a normal vaginal delivery with this pregnancy, I know it is out of the question. I guess you can say, I will never experience a "normal delivery". Of course I'm disappointed but as long as my kids are healthy, it is all that matters.

When I was pregnant with Libby, I used to love watching birth stories on TV thinking I would have one. Hoping it would prepare me. This kinda remind me of this video. It shows real stories and live video during labor and delivery. But honestly after knowing that that I'll have c-section and not vaginal, I stopped watching birth stories.

However there is a great reason to watch this video. Whether you're pregnant or not you can watch and Take this survey for a 1/500 chance at $1000. I know what you're thinking it must be a spam! Nope this is 100% legit. They will never use your information for any marketing activity and if you chose to enter the drawing, your personal information is 100% confidential.

So remember, moms watch this video to win! And if you win don't forget to come back and thank me :)

I need a new flat iron....

If you know me personally, you know that my hair is unmanageable and frizzy. I have to constantly blow dry it and use a flat iron to straighten my hair. It is even worse in winter. My current flat iron works well and I really like it but unfortunately, it finally stopped working. I desperately need a new one.

I have been searching for the perfect flat iron. Things I look for a flat iron is that it must of course work well and affordable. Lucky for me I came across FlatIronReviews.com. It shows you all the top rated flat irons. Making my search much easier.

Karmin G3 Salon Pro is one of the top rated flat iron in FlatIronReviews.com. The price is about $139 which is pretty affordable compare to my old one. It says that you can choose to curl, flip, straighten or add volume and body to your hair. I really can't wait to try it and see for myself.

Disclaimer: I will receive the a Karmin Flat Iron in exchange for this post

Bright Beginnings Formula now available at diapers.com!

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of PBM Products. All opinions are 100% mine.

Bright_beginnings_1

Parent's Choice Formula is now called Bright Beginnings. They've also changed their designs. I actually like it better than the previous one. And you can now purchase the new Bright Beginnings formula directly from diapers.com. I have not used this formula for my daughter. But we do use store brand formula (Berkley & Johnson) since my daughter was 6 months old after we realized that store brand is just as good as Similac or Enfamil but cheaper.

Did you know Bright Beginnings provides all the nutrients, vitamins, and minerals your baby needs for excellent growth and development during the first year. They are nutritionally equivalent to the big national brand formulas – it’s just priced better to fit your family’s budget. Premium nutrition, without the premium price!

Bright Beginnings available at diapers.com. You can purchase the 23.4 oz can for $14.99. National brand formula such as Similac and Enfamil sell the same size for more than $23. Imagine how much you can save switching to Bright Beginnings?

I know breastfeeding is always best for your baby. Nothing can compare to breast milk. Not to mention so much cheaper! But if you do supplement formula or feed your baby formula exclusively, consider store brand formula such as Bright Beginnings. They are just as good!

Stay Hydrated with Hydration Station!

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Haws. All opinions are 100% mine.

New_hswbottle_hr

Did you know there are millions of plastic water bottles end up in landfills everyday? And despite of our recycling efforts only very little percent of those millions are recycled. That is why as much as possible our family has given up buying bottled water, instead we use filtered water and reusable bottles. Not only we are reducing wastes we are saving money by not buying bottled water.

I recently came across Hydration Station. It is a touch-free, filtered water dispenser for reusable bottles and containers. I think they are perfect for office buildings, schools, hospitals and gyms. Not many people that work in office bring reusable water bottles at work because 12 oz container is not enough water to drink for their whole 8 to 10 hour shift. They find it more convenient to buy bottled water in vending machines when they are thirsty. I know when I was working full time in the hospital, I never brought a reusable bottle at work for that reason. The Hydration Station would be perfect for those places. Employees and students could save hundreds of money a year!

I love the way it looks and the fact that it is touch-free! If you want to learn more about Hydration Station you can visit their website.

Charter On Demand Goes Beyond Movies

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Charter. All opinions are 100% mine.

Ondemand-1

My daughter loves to watch TV. She watches Nickelodeon all day. Two of her favorite shows are Dora and Backyardigan. For that reason, my husband and I never get a chance to watch our shows. According to her, she's the owner of the TV! Even though she's not exactly in front of TV or she could be playing in the playroom she still like to have the TV on.

If we really want to watch a certain show or movie, we try to hide the remote control so if she ask to change the channel, we tell her the remote is gone. Sometimes I purposely put the battery the wrong way so it will not work and we tell her it's broken...I know bad mommy. But that's only if I'm watching my favorite show such as American Idol :)

But did you know there is a better way? Charter TV offers thousands of shows and programs. You can even watch the latest movies. There are literally thousands of free shows for every interest. Kids shows, workout videos, concerts, cooking shows and every other specialty show. And the best part you can watch them whenever you want. My husband and I can finally watch our favorite shows or watch the latest movie while our kids are sleeping. We will never miss a show anymore!

You can visit On Demand home page to see all the shows and movies they offer. And while you're there You will ‘Like’ their Facebook page as well.

Father's Day Gift Idea: Victorinox Swiss Army knife

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Swiss Army. All opinions are 100% mine.

Another great gift idea for Father's Day is a Victorinox Swiss Army knife. Any dads would be thrilled to own a Swiss Army knife, I know my husband would. He actually own one and he never leaves home without it. He had it for as long as we've dated and that's more than 10 years. He sure could use a new and better one!

The Dual Pro X is my favorite. I know he would definitely love it also. Perfect to replace his old one, which by the way still in a great shape. They are durable and would last for years to come.

I know my husband deserve the best gift this year for Father's Day. He's not only a great dad to my kids but a wonderful husband. And I can't go wrong getting him a Victorinox Swiss Army knife. If you're still looking for a gift for your dad, brothers or husband for Father's Day, definitely consider Victorinox Swiss Army knife.

Father's Day Gift from Victorinox Swiss Army

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Voctorinox Swiss Army. All opinions are 100% mine.

Father's Day is just around the corner. It is also my husband's birthday this month. I know he deserve something great. He is a great dad to my kids. No matter how tired he is from work, he takes the time to play with them. He wakes up at night when they cry, even if he is working the next day. He gives them bath and he does laundry and he even cooks! He is the best dad and a husband!

There's only a couple things he love, his car and his sport (jiu jitsu). I usually give him gifts that are related to his hobby but this year I'm thinking of giving him something he would not expect. I'm not sure exactly what it is yet . Since he doesn't own a really nice watch, I'm considering giving him a Victorinox Swiss Army watch. I think any dad would love to have one of their watches!

If you're looking for gift ideas, you can visit their timepiece collection to see all their watches.

You can also have a chance to win one when you "Like" Victorinox Swiss Army on Facebook page and participate in their I Wear a Watch sweepstakes by going to their Facebook IWAW sweepstakes page. They’re giving 30 lucky winners a Victorinox Swiss Army timepiece for 30 days!

Glidden's Ready-to-Go Paint Testers

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Glidden. All opinions are 100% mine.

I have been wanting to paint my daughter's bedroom for quite sometime now. I just don't know what color to paint. I don't know about you but many times a purchased a paint color and when I get home and start painting, the color is not what I've hoped or wanted. It looks totally different! You end up disappointed or wasting your money.

But did you know Glidden Paints offers inexpensive paint testers that you can purchase at any Home Depot location? You can buy them for only $2.99. You can test drive or experiment different color to find that perfect paint color in your room! What's so cool about this paint testers is that compare to other brands they comes with a handy brush in the lid.

If you already use Glidden paints in your home, these testers are great for quick touch up from scrapes or stains. And if you have a child like my Olivia these testers are great for those crayons or markers on the wall! Painting over markers specially permanent marker will be so much easier than scrubbing it off.

My daughter and I will be building some small projects this summer. I look forward using the paint testers for our wooden crafts instead of buying a can of paint!

If you're planning to paint any of you're rooms and need some idea you can visit their Room Painter. You can even share it on facebook or twitter for your friends and family to see!
