HappyBaby Food Review and Giveaway

A few weeks ago, I bought Emma rice cereal from the grocery store but she hated it. I don't blame her, they don't look appetizing and they smell horrible. It did not mix well at all. She will not even swallow it! To think about it, I feel bad even giving it to her. I had the same problem with Olivia when she was a baby. I tried almost every rice cereals out there. She hated all of them. She basically went straight to stage one baby food. I was worried Emma will be the same.

While searching for organic rice cereals for babies, I came across Happy Baby. I was so thrilled when they agreed for me to try their products.

HAPPYBELLIES cereals are by far the best baby cereals I've had. The quality is great. Not only it smells so good but it also taste great! It mixes very well, smooth and creamy with no lumps. I usually do not taste baby food but with the smell I could not resist. The first time Emma tried them, she finished the whole thing! I will definitely continue giving her the HAPPYBELLIES cereals. I can't wait for her to try the other products as well.

I also had a chance to review the Whole grain PUFFS and the HAPPYMELTS yogurt snacks. I wanted Olivia to try them. Unfortunately, her taste has been corrupted already. She's used to snacks with a lot of sugars! So she did not care for them. I personally like them, they are lightly flavored. I also like that they melt in your mouth. I cannot wait for Emma to try them. I know she will love them.

My Sister's Review

I love the new gentler Proactive formula. I’ve used it for 10 days and so far my skin is free of any breakouts. I normally get one but since I’ve used it, I have not gotten one at all. Also, I love how my skin feels. It's soft, with just the right amount of moisture. One last thing, with this product my T zone doesn’t get too oily during the course of the day which is a big plus. I would definitely recommend this new and improved Proactive to my friends and family.

I never heard of Shushybye until I reviewed the book. I really like this book. I love the idea of encouraging kids to look forward to sleep. The book is fun to read. It is colorful and my daughter loves the characters from the book. Her favorite part is that the front and back of the book is glow in the dark! That alone will get kids to look forward reading it at bedtime!

Since Olivia is only 2, she's not quite ready for this book yet., but don't get me wrong she still loves this book. She's just used to reading picture books that has only 1 or 2 sentences in each page. Instead of reading it to her exactly from the book, I summarize each page for her. She gets very distracted easy and loves to flip the pages! She still able to understand the concept of it. She thinks I'm reading it word by word. The book also comes with a CD which reads for you and you just follow along and listen.

This would be perfect for Olivia when she's a little older. I will definitely continue to read this for her during bed time. Shushybye Sleepover Surprise book is our new addition to our bedtime routine!

I also got a chance to review the Close Your Eyes CD, by The Shushybye Dream Band. My daughter and I loves this CD! At first I thought it would be all lullabies to help kids sleep, but I was wrong. You can actually dance with the music. It is fun and entertaining. You can play it not just at bedtime but through out the day. Our favorite song is Feels Like Magic.

The Safe Sippy 2 Review

I recently received the SafeSippy 2 to review. It is the first world's and only 2-in-1 sippy to straw bottle.

What I love about the SafeSippy 2

• I love the design with removable handle - it is easy for Olivia to carry around.
• It has easy-to-grip sleeve.
• It has a dust cap to keep the spout clean
• It comes with a travel plug - No more leak inside my diaper bag
• Very easy to clean

Olivia really loves the SafeSippy 2. She prefers using it as a straw bottle but does not mind using it as a sippy cup. I think what she loves the most is that it is pink. This by far the best sippy cup Olivia ever used. It does not leak when turned upside down but it does leak a little bit when shaken. However, I've had sippy cup that are worse. My only complain is that putting back the sleeve after cleaning is very hard to do. But I guess it is designed that way so it fits perfect.

I would definitely recommend this bottle. As a matter of fact, I would buy another one for Emma when she starts using a sippy cup. I think it is a great buy for $14.95 since it can be use as sippy cup and as they get older they can use it as a straw bottle.

Ouchies Review

Every time my daughter falls or has a cut all it needs is a kiss and a band-aid. I'm amaze how those two things can make everything better. That is why I always make sure I have a supply of band-aids. My daughter is only 2, finding cute bandages that she loves such as Dora, Sponge Bob is easy. But what if you have kids that has outgrown those kiddish characters?

Well, you are in luck because Ouchies carry cool, fun, and stylish adhesive bandages. I was sent 4Girlz and Make Your own to review. These bandages are by far the coolest looking bandages I ever seen. They are colorful and unique. I would not mind wearing them! Olivia loves them too. My favorite is the Make Your Own design. It even comes with 3 small permanent marker. When Olivia saw the markers she wanted to play with it but since I really don't want her writing on the wall I had to hide it from her.

When it came, I happened to have a paper cut so I put one on my finger. These bandages is very well made. I washed Emma's bottle with it on and it did not came off. Other band-aids I've used just do not last long, when they get wet they don't stick anymore, but with Ouchies no need to keep putting a new one since they stick well and does not come off easily.

For $5 with 20 bandages, I think they are affordable. It even comes with a cute tin! To learn more about Ouchies, you can fan them on facebook!
