Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Recipe




I love roasted pumpkin seeds. They're healthy and taste really good. They are also very addicting.

What's great about pumpkin seeds is that you can make it with any seasoning you want. You can use any kind of dry seasoning. If you want it salty then add more sea salt. If you want it spicy, season it with cayenne pepper. You can even make it sweet and add sugar and cinnamon. It's up to you.

I made some today while my girls carved their pumpkins.


Clean your pumpkin seeds. 



Dry them


Season them- I used a mixture of paprika, salt and pepper. Coat the seeds evenly with your preferred seasoning and olive oil.




Spread it evenly on a baking sheet


Bake it in the oven for 20-30 minutes in 325 F
