You use it just like you would normally use a conditioner. After shampooing, apply a quarter size and leave for one minute before rinsing.

I really like how the Intensive Repair Daily Treatment Conditioner made my hair feels. I felt a difference on my hair after using it only once. I really like that I don't have to leave it in for a long time, unlike other intensive conditioner treatment I've used in the past. My hair felt nice and soft after each shower.

I'm usually not brand loyal. I use different types of shampoos and conditioners. I buy which ever brand is on sale or cheap with coupons. But the Dove Daily Treatment Conditioner is definitely worth paying the full price. I will be stocking up when they goes on sale!
