We went to the park today. We have been going to the park lately. We love the park...It's fun and free! We attempted to fly another kite today. This time it actually flew...but then again it's not made by me! Hearthsong sent us two kites to review, the butterfly and the frog kite. (Review/Giveaway coming soon)
Notice I'm carrying Emma on my lillebaby carrier while flying the kite. Emma loved it! Libby had a great time too. Can't wait to go back again!

ReplyDeleteI have always loved kites. The first ones we had as kids were the ones my Dad made for us. He went all out. Balsa wood, because it's light weight, paper wings glued on and allowed to set overnight, specially tied tail, then up, up and away. My husband did rockets with out kids. Everyone loved it but me...I missed the kites. Rosemary
