The first ones we had ...I have always loved kites. The first ones we had as kids were the ones my Dad made for us. He went all out. Balsa wood, because it's light weight, paper wings glued on and allowed to set overnight, specially tied tail, then up, up and away. My husband did rockets with out kids. Everyone loved it but me...I missed the kites.
