I admit, I use my iPhone to distract my kids. It's a great tool to keep them busy and occupied while you're grocery shopping, at church or anywhere else. It can also be educational if you have the right apps. Libby has been using my iPhone since she was probably one year old. She learned her colors, shapes and can count 1 to 10 before she even turned 2 from playing games with my iPhone. Now she's 3 years old and she probably owns majority of apps in my iPhone and my husband's iPhone.
iPhone apps are great because they are cheap. You can get quality apps for $0.99. However it can be frustrating sometimes because some are horrible. I've paid a few times thinking it's a great app only to find out they are useless. That is why I am so excited to find out about a website called Lunchbox Reviews. You can find great quality iPhone and iPad apps that are child-friendly and age-appropriate.
Lunchbox Reviews make it easy for you to find the right apps so you will know exactly if that particular app is appropriate for your child. It will definitely save you money. And if you are looking for certain app that teaches your child numbers or spelling, you can find them easily! You can also find the top 10 Best Kids App.
I really wish I've known about Lunchbox Reviews before. It would save me a lot of frustrations and money! We are planning to give Libby an iPod Touch this Christmas so I will definitely keep this website in mind the next time I buy an app for her!
LunchBox Reviews and Oompa is teaming up to give one of my readers $25 Oompa Gift Card! This will be a LIVE GIVEAWAY!
