Holiday Gift Guide: Disney's Mickey Mote Available Today!

About a month ago, Libby saw Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Handy Manny, Special Agent Oso and few other shows from the Disney Channel for the first time and now she is a HUGE fan of them! We have them recorded and she watches them all day.

Last week I received the new Mickey Mote along with Mickey Mouse Clubhouse: Numbers Roundup and Handy Manny: Big Construction Job DVD. Libby was very excited and wanted to watch it right away and play with the Mickey Mote. It took me a while to figure out that the Mickey Mote will not work in the regular episodes and that I was suppose to go to Discovery Mode to play it. But once I figured it out setting up the Mickey Mote was super easy. In fact I let Libby help me set it up. It only took us a few minutes and we were ready to use it.

The Mickey Mote gives your kids a whole new way to watch and play their favorite shows. It's a child-sized remote control and provides hours of fun with an enhanced, interactive viewing experience. Libby really loves playing with it. She is able to answer all the questions in the first level correctly. She has been playing with it many times. Her favorite of course is the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.

Libby loves Handy Manny. She've seen it many times. But just not us much as she loves Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. But she still enjoyed watching this DVD and playing with the Mickey Mote. And just like the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, she was able to answer all the questions of the Discovery Mode.

I definitely recommend Disney's Mickey Mote, specially if you have a child that's loves to watch the Disney Channel. It's fun and educational. I just wish the whole DVD was interactive instead of just one section of the DVD. Every time we watch them, Libby tries to use the remote and gets a little frustrated when it does not work. But aside from that we love it and planning to buy the other DVDs to add to her collection!
