Tropical Traditions Organic Shredded Coconut Review and Giveaway

Recently, I had an opportunity to review Tropical Tradition's Shredded Coconut product. It really was a collaborated effort between my husband and I. Although we share cooking responsibilities in the household, he tends to lean towards more with baking. So naturally, he was the one who used this product more than I did. This is what he said about the product:

I like coconut macaroons, and I baked macaroons with this product often. At times, I use this product as well for snacks with my daughter. Whether eating it as is, or mixing 2 cups of the shredded coconut, and mixing it in a bowl with 3/4 cup of hershey's chocolate syrup (mixing it until it forms clumps, it takes kind of like mounds chocolate bar), it is a great treat. I haven't had the chance to try it myself, but I think it would make a wonderful component ( if the coconut was mixed with water and squeezed to get the juice out ) for Thai style chicken curry.
