I recently had a chance to review the Powermat. Powermat offers wireless charging solutions for all your favorite devices. It is compatible with iPhone, BlackBerry, MP3 players, cell phones, headsets, hand held electronic games, digital cameras, and so much more! With Powermat no more tangled mess of cords or searching for the right adapter. You simply place your device on the Powermat and it charges it. Cool right?

I have been wanting to try it for a while. I was thrilled when I was given the opportunity to review, not just one but three of their products. I was sent their Portable Mat, Powermat 2X, and Powermat Wireless Charging System for iPhone.

Portable Mat

The Portable Mat is great for traveling. It charges up to three POWERMAT-ENABLED devices simultaneously. It easily folds and comes with a hard case for storage. You simply place the POWERMAT-ENABLED device on the mat and you'll hear a sound and light which tells you that it is charging. It also includes a Powercube Universal Receiver with 8 tips to charge hundreds of different devices. Another feature I like is that when your device is fully charged, the power shuts off which prevents over charging and saves you energy.

We have been using the Portable Mat and we really like it. It has saved as a lot of clutters from different cords and chargers. I have already put aside them and replaced it with the Portable Mat. I have not used it yet for travel but I know if we are going somewhere we will be bringing the Portable Mat with us. I won't have to bring multiple chargers for each devices. thanks to the Portable Mat.

Powermat 2X

The Powermat 2X is just just like the Portable Mat but it only charges 2 devices and it does not fold. It also comes with Power Adapter and a Universal Powercube Receiver. I love the sleek design of the Powermat 2x. The size is perfect for small spaces. I usually have so many cords on my desk, for my iPhone/iPod, digital camera. Since I had it i have put them aside. I have less clutters and it looks great on my desk! This is great for office too!

Powermat Wireless Charging System for iPhone - $69.99

It comes with 1XA Mat which is designed specifically for the iPhone 3GS and iPhone 3G. It also comes with Powermat's Receiver Case for iPhone. Not only it protects your iPhone 3GS or iPhone 3G but it also allows it to charge wirelessly on the 1XA Mat. The case also features a micro USB port and a micro USB cable which is great for syncing your iPhone. You don't have to keep removing the cover when you want to sync it on your computer.

If you have an iPhone you have to get this! My husband was so jealous when he saw this and was upset why he did not get a receiver for his iPhone. Charging your iPhone is so easy, you just place it on the mat and you'll hear a sound and a light to tell you it is properly charging. It also has auto shut off when it is done charging.

For less than $69.99 the Powermat Wireless Charging System is a great deal since usually a cover or protective case can cost you $40 or more. Since I had it I have not used the regular charger for my iPhone. I can also use the Powermat 2X and the Portable Mat with the receiver case which is great because I can use the portable mat to charge my phone when we are traveling.

Overall I am very impressed with Powermat. However my husband was not so thrilled that he has to use the universal receiver to charge his iPhone. He said it's not as "cool" as just putting it on top. I guess I have to get him the receiver case for for his iPhone. Which is perfect because Father's Day and his birthday is coming up!
