Field Trips For All from Lunchables

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Lunchables. All opinions are 100% mine.

One of my best memories when I was in school are the field trips. It's was fun and you get hands on learning experience. Field trips help engage children in learning that can open their eyes to the world beyond the classroom. I will never forget the trips to the museum, zoo, and aquariums. I can't wait for my kids to experience them.

However, according to a 2009 report from The American Association of School Administrators, it’s estimated that over the course of the current school year, the number of school districts eliminating field trips will increase by 56 percent. That’s more than 30,000 schools. That’s why Lunchables Lunch Combinations wants to help deserving kids across the country go on an inspiring, educational experience with the launch of the program, “Field Trips For All

“Field Trips For All” is the first effort from the Lunchables Team’s new initiative called Project Potential. Aimed at empowering kids with opportunities to help them reach their full potential, Project Potential will provide enriching experiences kids might otherwise not have.

How can you help? You can nominate a deserving classroom going to http://www.lunchables.com/potential/ and submitting a nomination. Any one 6 years of age or older can nominate, so even your child can nominate his/her own classroom. If you don't have a child in school you can pass this on to any moms you know with kids. From all nominations received, 50 classrooms will be selected to go on an inspiring, educational experience.

My kids are not in school yet but I have already told my nephew to nominate his class. What about you? Who would you nominate?
