I Finally Found the Best Baby Bottle!

When I first had my daughter, my biggest frustration was finding the right bottles. When Olivia was born I used Avent bottles. It lasted about one month and I've noticed she was very gassy and spitting up often. I decided to try Dr. Brown and Olivia took it well. It helped with the gas and spitting up. Cleaning the Dr. Brown bottles was a pain because it consist of so many parts but that did not matter. I was happy that it helped my daughter.

When Olivia was about 6 months I heard about BPA and other chemicals in baby bottles and that they are harmful. Since the Dr. Brown was not BPA free, I decided to try a few others that were. However, Olivia did not took them well. I had no choice but to try the Dr. Brown in glass. I was hesitant to try them at first because I was afraid of dropping and breaking them. They were also very heavy. I used them for about a month when Avent came up with BPA free bottles. After breaking a couple bottles, I decided to try Avent again. I wished I never did. They constantly leak! Almost every feeding I have to change my daughter. I wanted to buy new bottles but my husband decided no more buying bottles. Olivia has been through so many bottles and we have wasted so much money. We have learned to handle the leaks. Before giving the bottles to her, we shake it to make sure there is no leak. We learned that closing it too tight or not tight enough can cause to leak.

When I had Emma, I know for sure I was not going to use Avent. I decided to try Born Free bottles. I have been so happy with Born Free since the day I first gave it to my daughter. No leaking whatsoever! It is such a relief feeding her and not to worry for any leaks. Cleaning is very easy also. I wished I used this bottle with Olivia. They are BPA Free plastic bottles and they also have vents to help eliminate colic symptoms. Emma is now almost 3 months and she never had colic problem. Although BornFree bottles are more expensive, I truly believe they are worth it. I know I have not tried all the bottles out there, but I did tried many.

Review: Beibe Shoes

Another kids shoes company I just recently discovered is Beibe Shoes through reading reviews from other blogs and entering giveaways. I have been lucky to have won a few pairs for my two daughters.

About the Company

As parents of infants and toddlers, our inspiration for WeeSqueak shoes was watching our children in these shoes. We discovered these little gems while in China adopting our oldest daughter, Chloe. However, during the adopting of our youngest daughter, Ellie, we had the idea to bring some shoes back for our friend's children. Our company, WeeSqueak, was born! We are fun parents, with fun shoes for fun kids! Wee Squeak donates 5% of our profits to Half the Sky and to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Wee Squeak Beibe shoes has become one of my favorite shoes for my kids. I love all their collections. Not only they are adorable and comfortable, they are affordable also. A few months ago I won the Avery Hot Pink Baby Shoe. It was my first time winning a pair of shoes for Olivia. They are very soft and easy to put on. She wore this shoes almost every time we go out. I wanted to make sure she use it before she outgrow it, which she did after 2 months.

I also won the Avery Light Pink and Flint Light Pink Shoe for Emma. I got her 6 to 12 months size. It does not fit her yet. But I'm excited and happy that once she'll start cruising she will have a cute comfortable shoe to put on.

I'm a little disappointed that Olivia no longer fit their Beibe shoes. They also carry Wee Squeak line for sizes 3 to 12 but I have not tried them yet. But I will definetly get a pair for her soon. I love the Brown Tennis Shoe with Pink Trim from the Wee Squeak line.

See Kai Run Review

I honestly never heard of See Kai Run shoes until I started blogging and entering giveaways a few months ago. How I wished I would have known them when Olivia was a baby. I usually buy Olivia's shoes at the Gap, Old Navy or Gymboree and I thought I was buying good qualities shoes. I was wrong. I have won Olivia two pairs of See Kai Run shoes and these shoes are one of the best shoes I ever put on on my daughter's feet. The quality is great. They are flexible, durable, and not to mention adorable!

About See Kai Run
Our designs are sophisticated and classic with modern twists sprinkled throughout. And most importantly, our shoes are healthy for developing feet. The soles are made of extremely flexible rubber which is great for outdoor use while allowing the foot to flex in all the right places. They're also made of butter soft leather with a breathable leather lining and padded collars for comfort. Finally, See Kai Run shoes are easy to get on and off with Velcro closures that ensure a great fit.

Product Features
  • Handcrafted from butter-soft leather
  • Flexible rubber sole – healthy for developing feet but sturdy enough for outdoor play!
  • Generous width and wide toe box for plenty of wiggle room!
  • Padded collars for extra comfort
  • Adjustable Velcro closures make shoes easy to get on and ensure a great fit
  • Breathable leather insole and lining

The first pair I won was the Rebekah shoes. I love the adjustable Velcro closures because it makes shoes easy to put on and it gives you a great fit. This shoes has became Olivia's favorite pair. I also love that it looks great with almost any outfits she wear. We had this for almost two months already and it's still looks brand new.

Today I received a pair of Jaewon that I won at My Book Worms. Once again I am so pleased with their product. These shoes are very well made. Olivia did not get to try this outside yet but she has worn it all over the house.

See Kai Run also carry different lines. They have Smaller for 0-18 months, See Kai Run for kids 6months -3 years, and Eleven for ages 3-8 years! I'm yet to try a pair from Smaller line for Emma but will definitely get a pair for her soon...or win one :)

I know I'm a little late posting this because it's almost over. I've actually earned my $2o Gift Certificate already and I already requested my certificate!

I'm back!

I have not been posting in a while. I think I got addicted to entering giveaways that I've neglecting this blog. I thought I can find great deals from other blogs but I was wrong. When I stopped posting, I also stopped looking for deals. It has been 2 months and my stockpile of diapers and wipes are almost gone. Another reason why I stopped is that I know I don't have a lot of readers or maybe no readers at all. I forgot the main reason why I started blogging. It was not to get readers (it would be nice) but it was to find deals and save money!
